We are looking for an ideal Business Development Intern who possesses a strong eagerness to learn and is genuinely interested in the dynamic environment of a fast-moving F&B business. You will have the opportunity to understand and contribute to the establishment of structures within the F&B industry. This hands-on experience will provide you with insights into the necessary steps and processes involved in creating successful frameworks within this sector.
You will also have the opportunity to directly engage with Business Development managers and collaborate with them to generate innovative ideas and strategies for implementing new standard operating procedures and guidelines for ground staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting shift audits for ground crews, identifying errors and instances of non-compliance with operating procedures. This position offers significant exposure and hands-on experience in the field, and we are specifically seeking a candidate who is willing to go above and beyond and possesses a meticulous nature.
As an intern, it is expected that you maintain a high level of commitment throughout the duration of your internship. However, we understand the need for flexibility in working hours. While the standard working hours are generally from 11am to 7.30pm, we are open to adjusting the start time to either 1130 am or 1pm, as long as the required work is consistently delivered.
