Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our growing team as an E-Commerce & Retail Support Assistant Assistant. This role offers a behind-the-scenes look into the heartbeat of a modern lifestyle brand. You’ll support the day-to-day operations that keep our e-commerce, logistics, and retail experiences running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, liaising with shipping partners and managing delivery schedules.
  • Support retail duty rostering to ensure optimal retail store coverage and efficiency.
  • Handle customer and business inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee order fulfilment, ensuring every parcel leaves on time and with care.
  • Liaise closely with our warehouse and retail teams on stock movements and replenishments.
  • Assist with inventory counts and tracking accuracy.
  • Deliver warm, thoughtful customer service both online and in-store.
  • Provide administrative support to the team such as: data entry, document organisation, coordination.
  • Participate in brand events and special events as needed.
  • Be flexible to assist in retail operations when required, supporting sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys helping others.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a small team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or retail operations is a bonus.
  • Interest in fashion or lifestyle brands is a big plus!

Expected Pay: 

  • Internship: $800-$1000
  • Full Time: $2000-2500
