The Songwriter Music College is an institution that specialises in songwriting education for aspiring singer-songwriters and music producers. It is an initiative by Funkie Monkies to bridge the music education and industry together with mm2 Asia Ltd. as a strategic partner. As a member of the Recruitment team, the Marketing Manager leads and drives the student recruitment goals for The Songwriter Music College, and bring our music industry to the next level.

This is done through strategic planning and tactical actions for programmes as well as Open Short Courses. Reporting to General Manager, the Marketing Manager must be self-driven relationship-builder, with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be highly collaborative where applicable.

Job Description

Organisational area

Organisational area for Marketing Admin is Recruitment with primary focus in supporting The Songwriter Music College recruitment and admissions processes for programmes, Open Short Courses, and overall campus support.


Responsibilities

The Marketing Admin is responsible to:

Support recruitment strategies for all programmes;

Support the application journey for all course programmes with help from Marketing Manager;

Support marketing, networking and recruitment events;

Actively support to TSMC social media posting and marketing;

Support concept development and production of TSMC branded materials (presentations, brochures, flyers, digital etc.);


Requirements

Preferable 1-2 years of relevant experience;

Preferable possess a Diploma in Marketing, communications, business;

Confident and dynamic personality;

Thrive in a fast-pace working environment;

Preferable bi-lingual (able to read and speak Mandarin).
