Job Description

Career Services Overview

  • Offers comprehensive, individual support: career coaching, workshops, resume and LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, and job-search strategies.
  • Organizes over 350 recruitment events annually—ranging from specialized fairs to company presentations—and manages thousands of one-to-one coaching sessions. 
  • Provides access to 25,000 exclusive internships, graduate programs, V.I.E. placements, and job listings each year.
  • Offers self-training platforms featuring articles and tools to bolster career readiness.
  • Connects students with a lifetime-strong alumni network of over 74,000 graduates, facilitating mentoring partnerships and networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Support & Coordination: Assist with planning, promotion, and logistics for career fairs, company presentations, workshops, and mentoring events.
  • Student Outreach & Engagement: Respond to student inquiries, coordinate appointments, and support one-on-one coaching and mock interview sessions.
  • Content & Platform Management: Help update job boards, maintain self-training resources, and support career platform navigation.
  • Administration & Reporting: Prepare summaries, reports, and assist with tracking event participation and job/internship postings.
  • Alumni & Stakeholder Liaison: Support alumni outreach and facilitate communications for mentoring and networking initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • GCE A-level graduates awaiting university admission OR students enrolled in undergraduate/graduate programs OR students taking part time degree.
  • Comfortable and competent in events management, operations & administrative work and liaising with international students.
  • Good with IT, Google suite and MS suite such as Excel.
  • Attention to details and proactive.
  • Skills in marketing & e-poster creation (bonus).
