Job Description

For those dreading the corporate cubicle, this internship is for you. Be exposed to every step of the events management process to provide event coordinating support to existing teams during event execution. Be involved in the pre-event preparation stages, actual event execution and post-event teardown. 

Job Scope:

To be involved in assisting and coordinating all stages of events management:

  • Basic Administrative Management Duties
  • Pre-Event Conceptualisation, Planning, Proposal Presentation to Client and Coordination 
    • Assist in preparation of proposals 
    • Management of multiple project tasks and priorities simultaneously
    • Coordinating logistics, resources, and suppliers for events
  • On-site event facilitation, execution and assist with overall operations
  • Post Event Evaluation and Reporting
    • Involved in Setup and Dismantling of Event


We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Events co-ordination and management of private lifestyle or corporate events 
  • Keen eye for details, meticulous and attentive with good organisational techniques
  • Resourceful, consumer trend savvy and efficient with ability to value-add with marketing or other experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, maturity of though with a pleasant disposition especially for client-facing roles  


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • ITE F&B, Diploma and University Graduates
  • Experience with Food and Beverage industry or hospitality is preferred but not compulsory
  • Able to work independently as a team player
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to accomodate flexible work schedules such as weekends if required, dependent on event schedule
  • Dynamic and energetic personality with pleasant disposition  
  • Looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with proactive learning attitude, taking initiative to improve company processes.
  • Excellent communicator for presentation and negotiation skills
  • Flexible, meticulous, efficient and responsible for delegated tasks
  • NEA Food Safety and Hygiene Certified (preferred, those without certification will be sent for training upon employment)
  • Driving License (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Physically fit for event packing and logistical procurement
