The School of Positive Psychology is the first higher education institution in Singapore and Asia established to promote the science of positive psychology, positive organisational psychology, child psychology and psychotherapy. Job Description

Education Sales Consultant's Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive and authentic relationships with potential students and clients
  • Conduct presentations of educational programmes
  • Create compelling presentation and business development pitches
  • Provide career guidance and map students' personal and professional growth with schools' programmes
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals
  • Complete all paperwork and administrative tasks relating to students' registration 
  • Perform research market and industry research 
  • Attend to student enquiries and walk-ins 
  • Farm for opportunities through business networking, cold calling and social connections
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with students to encourage progression and referrals
  • Become proficient in our programme offerings and serve as ambassador to our clients
  • Able to work independently and also in teams 
  • Able to build rapport and engage in authentic and purposeful conversations 

 

Education Sales Consultant Requirements:

  • A degree holder or equivalent with five years of people-centric work experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
  • Ability to contact prospects, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
  • Ability to gauge clients’ needs
  • Proactive and independent
  • Socially driven
  • Positive individual with grown mindset 
  • Charismatic personality
  • Experience in engaging and closing B2C sales
  • Cold calling/customer relationship skills will be a bonus
  • Singaporeans/PR
