The Royal Singapore (TRS) Team is looking for a Senior Video Producer / Creative Team Lead to manage a young team of creatives in producing viral content for our Facebook Page and delivering impactful marketing campaigns for our clients.
The Job:
Be the overall manager of the production team:
- Assign Projects to team members.
- Oversee Team’s work and give feedback on video projects.
- Ensure timely submission of projects and efficient allocation of team resources and even distribution of work tasks.
- Analyse social media trends, competitor videos, industry practices and conduct training for the team on how to improve video quality.
- Produce beautiful presentations to share campaign reports with clients.
Lead projects, both paid and unpaid content pieces, from start to finish:
- Sourcing for suitable candidates and stories
- Liaising with candidates/clients and arranging production schedules
- Ideation and creation of story briefs
- Directing shoots and editting videos
- Crafting thumbnails, captions and a full set of posting assets.
Complete other duties as necessary for the growth and operation of the page:
- Meet with potential clients to share about our services.
- Work with upper management to set targets and KPIs for the team to drive growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- A Natural Team Leader.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Communications, Media, Business Management, Marketing, or similar.
- Ability to present information, control discussion and bring value in informal and formal client settings.
- Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A creative mind that can tell a compelling story.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Premier Pro and Filming.
- Minimum 1 year experience in leading a team.
