Job Description

THE ROLE

An individual who knows how to step into the shoes of a client, who wants to learn more about understanding businesses and branding, and who is able to explore options and solutions effectively. The Operations Executive will work either independently or in conjunction with Directors and Designers to develop and present creative solutions based on the clients' needs. The role involves learning about brand development, corporate identity, print, digital and interactive media, developed to suit our clients’ brand activation needs.

Who We’re Looking For

An enterprising and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in the industry. A supportive team player who is always looking to pitch in, and takes the initiative on ways to do things better. A strategic thinker who is systematic and has a sense of orderliness. Knowledge in editing softwares (AI, PSD) is a plus. Possess min. diploma from a recognised educational institution. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • General Duties
    • Primarily assist the Ops Director in day-to-day requirements; 
    • Liaising with existing suppliers;
    • Research, analyse, evaluate and process bids from potential suppliers;
    • Reviewing client requirements on print & production projects

  • Capabilities
    • Efficient time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise;
    • Strong balance of thought and action;
    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills;
    • Good understanding of how brands and businesses work;
    • Has high standards for work and impeccable attention to detail;
    • Team-oriented across all levels and functions; and
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
