As our Event Executive, you will journey to the magic of Creative Events and Experiential Marketing, working with clients such as TikTok, Meta, WarnerMedia, TDCX, Bloomberg, and many more.
- Conceptualizing and preparing turnkey proposals and quotations for pitching
- Presentation of proposals to clients
- Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality
- Source for materials and act as a negotiator to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers.
- Key liaison between client, events team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met
- Event production, coordination and operations
- Plan of event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules, call sheets/production scripts, admin programme
- Supervise all suppliers and contractors working on location
- Ensure a smooth production throughout each event.
- Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events
- Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event, with focus on client retention.
- To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events
