The Honeybees is an Organisation operating under AXA Insurance PTE LTD. Apart from the conventional Investments and Insurance business, the Honeybees is working towards building a conglomerate with multiple forms of businesses under them. Eventually we hope to be able to create a self sustaining economy within the team, where businesses aims to serve our clients and our own agents better.
At our current phase, the Honeybees is a talent aggregator aiming to attract people from all walks of life. We aim groom talents through the investment/insurance sales industry, eventually helping them grow to be able to handle a business, or be part of a business of their own.
To conduct various networking exercises aimed at reaching out to potential clientele and recruitment.
To attend basic investment/insurance briefings to get in touch with the industry.
To work closely with associated manager in managing recruitment projects
