The Hidden Good – Writer Executive

The Hidden Good is community-centered content platform that collaborates with advocates and partners to raise awareness on social issues and inspire action. 

Key Responsibilities

• Content writing and curation for the ‘SG Cares App
• Liaising with the team, partners and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
• Identifying new content, opportunities and areas of improvement for the SG Cares App at large
• Participating in day-to-day news gathering and reporting to produce high impact and effective written content
• Editing and improving existing content
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO (Search engine optimization) best practices to increase views
• Conceptualizing and ideation of articles
• Independently managing project timelines and resources
• Covering events with an unique approach, and in a timely fashion

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Passion for writing and ability to write in a clear and concise manner
• Being meticulous and able to write fast and flawlessly
• Interest in storytelling, ideating and conceptualizing of articles
• Strong command of English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and multitask
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Great sense of humour and a creative mind
• Deep interest in the social impact and/or community building sector
• Keeps extremely current with digital and social media trends, and has a pulse on trending conversations among young Singaporeans
