Job Description

During the course of the internship, under the guidance of experienced seniors, interns will learn how to serve and care for patients and customers. The interns will learn the following: 

Company Systems and Products:

  • Electronic system used in company (e.g., CRM) 
  • Products in the company (e.g. hearing aids, accessories) 

Administrative Work: 

  • Writing minutes 
  • Stock Taking 
  • Data Entry and proper handling of confidential information 
  • Conduct meetings 

Liaison Duties: 

  • Effective communication with business partners and clients 
  • Answering and responding to telephone enquires 
  • Arranging meetings and appointments 

Service and Care: 

  • Conflict management 
  • Crowd management 
  • Time management
