The Good Hood Pte Ltd – Marketing & Communications Intern

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts for GoodHood.SG e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Develop, execute campaigns and content calendars to drive traffic, engagement and retention in GoodHood.SG mobile application
• Polish existing content on mobile app and website to improve readability 
• Monitor trends within the community and identify potential partnerships with media partners, external social organisations, and/or brands
• Develop and edit marketing collaterals such as posters and banner ads
• Identify users’ needs, work closely with the tech team in suggesting product-related changes to improve user experience and increase engagement in mobile app 
• Manage community-building initiatives to encourage and cultivate participation within the GoodHood community 

We are seeking for ideal candidates who are interested in/have prior experience in:

• Community building, engagement and social volunteer work
• Managing social media channels 
• Digital marketing tools (e.g. knowledge and application of SEO, SEM, SSO)
• Basic knowledge of design elements and applications and proficient writing skills 
• Google applications (drive, docs, sheets, slides, workspace), Wix, Figma, Canva, Adobe softwares is a plus
