- Job Description
Maintain smooth front facing operations.
Work well under pressure.
Takes initiative.
Arrange logistics for deliveries and ensuring orders are sent out on time.
Align customer expectations with operational realities and drive sales through website, whatsapp, email and other channels.
Schedule, execute and engage with customers and following on social media through content creation and brand awareness campaigns.
Conceptualise campaigns and track performances with the goal of continual improvement on Socials ROI.
Basic product and candid photography and videography. Familiarity with photoshop is a plus.
