We are looking for a bilingual (in English and Mandarin only) international sales intern who can read and type in both languages. We require these two languages specifically as our clients are English speaking while our manufacturing capabilities are in China. 

 

 
This internship will teach you how to manage sales internationally, and you will work closely with the founder to learn how manufacturing and trading works internationally. We will equip you with all the training you need, and you will speak with clients and the factory directly and independently. You will learn how to use Instagram, WordPress and Alibaba as platforms to attract clients.

  

Specifically, your role will be to:

 

 
1. Understand what the client is looking for

 

2. Check with the factory if we can provide what it is they need

 

3. Get back to them with a quotation

 

4. Update clients on the manufacturing process

 

5. Let them know when their shipment is out and the tracking code

 

6. Manage client expectations

 

 
It will be a plus for us if you are skilled in design and Adobe Illustrator as well.

 

 
We are run as a retail and manufacturing company, so you will get exposed to our retail arm as well. 

 

At the end of your internship, you will be honed in managing international relationships as well as B2B sales. You will be exposed and learn what it is like to deal directly with manufacturers and clients. Managing client expectations is also an art that you will pick up along the way.
