Digital Marketing & Accounts Manager
The digital marketing & accounts manager role is designed to be the bridge between our marketing and PR efforts to acquire clients and to providing them a stellar service when they decide to join us.
You will be working closely with our digital marketing manager and social media executive in rolling out online and offline marketing campaigns aimed to build brand awareness, acquire clients and improve PR. You’ll be required to constantly monitor our advertising campaigns and proposing solutions to fine tune them.
You will also be working closely with the CEO and COO when managing the existing and new accounts, with responsibilities in ensuring a high touch onboarding process and for them to be well taken care of in their journey with us. You’ll be involved in the relationship management and event hosting space.
You will be trained to gain an in-depth understanding on foreign exchange invesments, trading terminologies, and technical analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Proposing, designing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns directed towards building brand awareness, client acquisition and Public Relations.
• Sourcing and liaising with universities, companies and schools for our public speaking efforts.
• Managing existing and new accounts from onboarding to relationship management.
• Proposing various types of events to celebrate our clients.
• Managing the logistics of our various events.
