• Fundraising Initiatives: Contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives. • Volunteer Engagement: Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and recognition efforts. Assist in coordinating volunteer activities, ensuring a positive experience for volunteers and efficient utilization of their skills and time.
• Community Partnerships: Assist in identifying and nurturing partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and schools. Collaborate with partners to develop joint initiatives, fundraising opportunities, and awareness campaigns.
• Fundraising Communications: Help develop compelling content for fundraising materials, including social media posts, newsletters, website updates, and impact stories. Support the maintenance of the organization's website and social media channels.
• Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor databases and volunteer management systems. Help track and analyze fundraising metrics, volunteer engagement data, and other relevant information to inform decision-making and improve engagement strategies.
• Event Support: Provide assistance in planning and executing fundraising events, such as donation drives, food distribution activities, and community outreach programs. Assist with event logistics, participant coordination, marketing, and post-event evaluation.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the fundraising and engagement team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.
