A position with The First Refresh gives gives first-hand experience into the workings of a technology-forward beauty services company, and insight on the growth of the beauty scene in Singapore. Our small team allows you to work directly with our founder and head trainer.

The role is to assist with the social media operations of the company, as well as client servicing and appointment management. Working with our designer and content writers to prepare thoughtful content pieces and regular posting on social media channels. Managing and facilitating appointments, working with our beauty consultants to ensure that our appointments are properly managed. Candidates must be meticulous, efficient and contactable via phone.

Work scope:

- Review of appointments when they are placed

- Interfacing with our beauty consultants to ensure appointments run smoothly 

- Weaving written content and design from our designer and writer into thoughtful instagram feed posts / stories / email campaigns

- Client servicing

This position allows you to work remotely, but will require you to meet with our founder and trainer once a week.

The job commitment is approximately 10-20 hours a week, pay is $8 per hour, flexible hours.
