Job Description

Why you’ll love this role

As the Marketing + Partnerships Lead, you will work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer and our Founder in this relationship-driven and hands-on marketing role to plan and execute campaigns, manage and organize beauty events with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in planning and managing our content calendar.

Your impact on the mission

  • Plan content for the brand's social media accounts (including Instagram/TikTok/Reel content creation) that aligns with the overall brand voice, platform and strategy
  • Copywriting
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of our brand and customer base
  • Conceptualise marketing campaigns and collaborate with the design team to materialise ideas
  • Identify and execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive awareness, traffic and sales, while managing budgetary guidelines
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Communicate and liaise with current and potential brand KOLs and partners- always delivering a great experience when they work with us, maintaining ongoing relationships and exploring new ways to grow the partnership
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report the results of all campaigns, partnerships, projects and marketing efforts

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Understanding of social media and content creation
  • Open to learning and receptive to feedback
  • Able to work both independently and as a team player
  • Good time organisation and management skills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Able to execute on multiple intiatives/projects with attention to detail
  • Familiar with marketing tools and analytics (SEO is a plus)
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hybrid work - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
