One of the most important roles within the company. As a Customer Service Hero, we will entrust you with the happiness, health and safety of our clients. You will work directly with our CEO to build out a consistent client experience, facilitating appointments and working with our beauty consultants to ensure that our appointments are properly managed. Candidates must be meticulous, efficient and contactable via phone.
Work scope:
- Review of appointments when they are placed
- Interfacing with our beauty consultants to ensure appointments run smoothly
- Client servicing -replying live chats, business Whatsapp, emails etc
This position allows you to work remotely, but will require you to meet with our founder and trainer once a week.
KPIs:
- Client happiness measured through responses on text/email/reviews and ratings
- Repeat bookings
- Conversion rates
Monthly commissions will be paid if all KPIs are met
The job commitment is approximately 10-30 hours a week, pay is $8 per hour, flexible hours.
