The First Refresh – Operations Assistant

The First Refresh is an on-demand beauty platform that brings quality beauty services to the comfort of your home. With as little as 2 hours notice, book seamlessly through our website for your at-home Refresh. Beauty that steps to your rhythm, our subscription services ensure that you receive your desired beauty services at the same time every month.

A position with The First Refresh gives gives first-hand experience into the workings of a technology-forward beauty services company, and insight on the growth of the beauty scene in Singapore. Our small team allows you to work directly with our founder and head trainer.

Assist with Operations and Growing Our Beauty Consultant Team

The role is to assist with operations and growing our Beauty Consultant team (if you have hands-on experience doing beauty services, that is a plus but is not required).

You will be actively involved in:

- Operations and inventory of the company

- Warehousing operations

- Recruiting skilled Beauty Consultants (freelance and full-time)

- Managing and connecting with our Beauty Consultants on a regular basis (over coffee / calls) to understand how we can help them on the job

- Building a supportive team culture

- Arranging trial assessments with new Beauty Consultants

No experience required - we are looking for a people-person who is organized and an independent worker who can think systematically and logically. Candidates must be meticulous, efficient and contactable via phone. Fluency in mandarin preferred.

This position allows you to work remotely, but will require you to meet with our founder twice a week.
