The Recruitment Admin

1) will initiate with a range of recruitment projects through digital marketing, on-boarding/orientation, call to select and arrange interview with qualified candidates, profiling test and co-ordinate financial advisory programs. This position is designed to be practical.

2) is also required to support / follow-up / interact with clients for claims, customer related service and so good communication and presentation skill is a pre-requisite for the job. This job will expose the candidate knowledge to the financial service sector. 

The major skills and competencies that the employee is preferred to have are:

Excellent communication, digital marketing and information technology skills

Confidence and Presentation skills.
