Upload content for website and mobile friendly; editing of photos to the required proportion, very detailed description (pictures, videos)
Maintain Master data sheet (excel) up-to-date and be the driving force to collect all information
Work closely with category manager in order to gather the necessary product information such as photographs and videos
Coordinate product photoshooting for marketplace whenever neccesary.
Assure products assets and information is archived for future needs and reference
Maintain consistent look and feel thorughout all web properties
Work cooperatively with key team members and vendors
Work closely with back and development and support team to ensure the smooth running of the site and make sure any issues are resolved quickly
Handle customer inquiries and complaints .
Handles site/marketplace orders – pack,delivery arrangement.
Manage and handle social media inquiries or posting whenever necessary
Requirements:
Copywriting skills and photo editing skills is advantageous
Strong customer service relationship management
Strong Knowledge of internet and social media platform is required
