Job Description

HIGH TOUCH INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:

The Estée Lauder Companies’ Asia Pacific Leadership Institute brings you an enriching 12 weeks Internship Program. Interns will receive unique insight about the prestige beauty industry; stretch their learning and talent to unleash their potentials through challenging business projects, and build a personal development plan.

MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Assist in the Visual Merchandising/SDVM Toolbox Guidelines across different store formats including new concept

  • Support the execution on Promo location HPPs and SPPs

  • Assist in store opening projects in selected markets

  • Administrative support

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Store opening projects: Drafting drawing, Planogram, Ordering, Raising PO

  • Deliver design solutions with attention to details and meeting deadlines given

  • Support on key launches and promotion design

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2nd/3rd year undergraduates majoring in any Design fields

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Suites

  • Good communication skills

  • Thinks Strategically, Builds Collaborative Relationships, Drives Creativity and Innovation

  • Creative, self-motivated, and pro-active

  • Good time management skills

  • Knowledge in CAD and Vectorworks software will be advantageous

Due to the evolving circumstances pertaining to COVID-19, the program may be a hybrid (virtual & in-person) experience. Further confirmation to be determined based off of company decisions and guidelines.

DURATION: May – Jul 2022 (option to extend till 6 months)
