Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Sales & Marketing Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our digital sales and marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to execute strategies that promote our products and services in the digital space. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly motivated to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics, to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Support lead generation efforts by managing and optimizing landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and online communities, engaging with followers, and fostering meaningful relationships with potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, presenting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively engage with customers.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing and sales software, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
