Job Description

·        Assist to manage & execute standard operations & protocols
·        Able to manage the outlet
·        Able to manage at least 2 additional manpower
·        Reporting directly to Group Manager
·        Execute monthly promotion and making sure all staff are well-informed
·        Evaluate & Analyze monthly promotion and update Group Manager
·        Ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided
·        Basic housekeeping and maintain good merchandise display
·        Inventory management and counting of stocks daily
·        Cashiering duties (POS Machine)
·        Achieving sales target set by management team
·      Attending to customers’ needs and wants & providing recommendation promptly

Job Requirements:
·         Minimum Diploma in Business Management or relevant skills
·         Minimum 2 years of retail experience
·         Excellent/ Effective communication skills (Bilingual in English & Mandarin has an advantage)
·         Able to work independently and a strong team player
·         Lively, energetic and dynamic individual
·         People-oriented & driven
·         Warm & cheerful personality

Others:
·         Able to travel for exposure/ learning
·         Job progression/ rotation may be introduced base on work performance
·         Potential candidates will undergo training program to acquire the necessary skills to perform assigned tasks (by stages)
·         Potential candidates will attached to a senior mentor, who will be responsible for the grooming of the candidate to being an Outlet Manager
