Job Description

As the Showroom Operations Executive, you will serve as the operational anchor for our showrooms. You will be responsible for ensuring the showrooms run seamlessly – from delivering a warm and consistent in-store experience to managing day-to-day operations. You aren’t just looking after a space, you are ensuring the entire customer journey, from the very first “hello” to the post-sales support, is executed with precision and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Experience

  • Welcome and assist B2B clients/customers at the showrooms
  • Guide visitors through our showrooms
  • Assess visitors’/customers’ enquiries and concerns
  • Guide product demonstrations and provide consultations based on assessed needs
  • Maintain showroom presentation and cleanliness for a positive first impression of the brands and our company.
  • Support sales and marketing activities for brands under the Company.

Customer Communication & Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications across phone, email, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and other approved channels.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and leads in a timely and helpful manner to support informed decision-making
  • Coordinate and schedule showroom visits and appointments
  • Maintain a consistent, warm, and professional brand tone of voice in all customer interactions
  • Ensure information shared with customers is accurate and aligned with internal procedures
  • Prepare price quotations for customers, trade partners, and B2B clients
  • Keep clear and organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Operations

  • Track and update inventory records
  • Support order processing and documentation
  • Coordinate deliveries and logistics
  • Provide proactive updates to customers on order status, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure smooth daily showroom operations

Process Improvement

  • Help refine and document operational procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Support organization and setup of showroom systems

Who We’re Looking For:

Diploma, degree, or equivalent work experience preferred. Candidates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and clients
  • Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow-ups on issues
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Keen interest in retail, design, sustainability, wellness or lifestyle brands
  • Experience in retail sales, service, hospitality or operations will be an added advantage.
