Company Profile
We are seeking for Temp / Intern staffs for our client a major Investment Bank in Singapore.
Year 1 or Year 2 university students preferred or candidates who prefer to work 2-3 days a week.
Job Description
- Familiarity with a variety of current PC hardware
- Ability to proficiently disconnect/reconnect PC workstation and peripherals
- You will help with software installs/upgrades, computer/printer maintenance
- Deployment of Desktop PC's, Monitors , Phones, Client Services supported MDS terminals.
- Will be helpful have some knowledge on how to connect monitors to the PC and configure the Windows XP display settings for a two monitor one PC configuration
- Testing of IP phones which will involve making test calls, will also need to confirm the correct phone number has been assigned to each phone.
- Able to accurately inventory and document layout of technical equipment including port connections
- Excellent cable management skills
- Basic network support such as managing user accounts, user security, back-up operations and desktop support.
