Job Description
- Maintain HR filing system and HR documents including updates, policies, organizational charts, staff database and appraisal-related documents
- Help Marketing campaign execution (follow-up on collaterals creation, powerpoint presentation…)
- Follow-up on operational tasks for events
- Marketing plans, calendars and events
- Assist with the update of website
- Various marketing reports on monthly basis (PR, campaigns results…)
- Support on budget analytics
- Assist on specific projects
- Learn F&B serving to customers
