We are a wine distribution company which imports wines from around the world and sells them to hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and online retailers in Singapore. We have exclusive distribution rights for well-known wine brands (i.e yellow tail, Kendall-Jackson and etc) in Singapore. We also work with different hotels (i.e Marriott Tangs, JW Marriott and etc) and attend to their different needs (i.e wines for wedding banquet, dinner and etc). 

Job Description

Marketing Assistant (Part-time)


Key Marketing Roles:

  • Sales Management - supporting key account team to manage customers including Redmart, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc. to activate promotions to drive sales, as well as analyse ROI of each promotion.
  • Direct & Database Marketing - creation and marketing of direct offers for the key festive periods
  • Customer Support Services - assist Customer Service Team to ensure all orders and enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Product & Brand Management - support in building Brand Plans for the next 12 months.
  • Digital Marketing - work with design programs and designers to execute online marketing activities on key retailer, internet and social media platforms.
  • Retailing & Wholesaling - support team to promote wines in stores and work with wholesaler team to ensure focus on portfolio.

 

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Support the sales team in drafting quotations to customers
  • Design and create marketing materials: Including wine catalogues, event invitations and sales catalogues for individual wineries
  • Work alongside customer service team to process orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist or organise marketing/wine events
  • Handle social media platforms
  • Work independently
  • Create and analyse sales data reports to determine promotional effectiveness (Microsoft Excel)
