Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies on potential BD projects through establishing assumptions; financial modelling; and analysis of competitors and the market
  • Assist in analysing existing data against key market trends and global drivers to identify if organisation is on track to attain its BD targets

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or other equivalents
  • Analytical team player with excellent research, communication and stakeholders management skills
  • Highly organized and meticulous 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Power BI is a bonus
  • Ability to commit part-time (3 days per week) or full-time for at least 3 months
