Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies on potential BD projects through establishing assumptions; financial modelling; and analysis of competitors and the market
- Assist in analysing existing data against key market trends and global drivers to identify if organisation is on track to attain its BD targets
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or other equivalents
- Analytical team player with excellent research, communication and stakeholders management skills
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Power BI is a bonus
- Ability to commit part-time (3 days per week) or full-time for at least 3 months
