Responsibilities

• Conceptualization, assessment, pilot project management and implementation of new and on-going innovation projects
• Tech scouting – understanding global business requirements and identification of emerging technology and subsequent engagement with international start-up communities
• Research on emerging technological/industry trends, and support of internal process improvement initiatives involving the use of technology
• Drive internal innovation culture (e.g. rollout of global communication platforms, communication materials for idea challenges, logistics for internal meetings, etc.)
• Assist in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in most disciplines
• Analytical and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player with good working attitude and excellent communications skills 
• Innovative, open-minded and is extremely curious on how technologies work and affect the business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to commit at least a 3-months internship period
