Reporting
You will report to Director, Strategic Partnerships and Development will supervise your internship and be responsible for scheduling your work assignments and projects with AmCham
Role
- Undertake core projects independently to advance department priorities
- Conduct research on member recruitment practices, including a feedback survey and meetings with AmCham members (e.g., newly joined, non-engaged, annual partners)
- Research on U.S. businesses, taking reference from Fortune 500 companies and U.S. companies in Singapore. This will comprise, desktop research, use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and meeting(s) with relevant organizations (e.g., EDB, MTI)
- Review membership database and, based on segmentation, identify suitable groups for annual partner conversion
- Develop a program to support new member on-boarding and engagement. This would include the identification of critical interaction points and the material needed to support the engagement (e.g., infographic, survey, guide)
- Support membership recruitment efforts, including identifying new market opportunities, flagging passive members and conducting research on US businesses based in Singapore.
- Assist with membership and marketing lead generation and qualification of prospects.
- Draft contracts / agreements, as necessary.
- Develop tools and relevant collateral for member engagement and recruitment, coordinating with the relevant project lead.
