The Activation Group Singapore – Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager

• Working with business director on both current and special project(s)
• Assist in market and competitive research and present summarised findings
• Assist in checking and reporting on the project progress
• Assist in managing project budgeting, deliverables and time-lines
• Assist in project-related events
• Support on administrative aspects of project management and development
• Liaise effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure a professional and consultative approach to all tasks is maintained
• Handle incoming internal and external ad hoc requests on projects
