- Learn and apply fair recruitment and sales practices in line with Singapore employment laws.
- Support the team in identifying, researching, and developing new client leads.
- Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients, building confidence in communication and persuasion skills.
- Assist in client relationship management, including lead tracking, meeting coordination, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand client hiring needs and market dynamics.
- Support candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement under guidance.
- Contribute to sales and recruitment initiatives that drive business growth.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative or project tasks as assigned by the team lead.
Temp/internship roles are convertible to full-time positions depending on suitability of candidate and business needs.
Full-time, entry level position also available.
