Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to learn about the world of recruitment? If yes, come join TG Singapore as an intern/trainee, where you will be given the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the field and gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment practices within the IT industry specialisation.

In this 3-month* role, you will develop essential communication and negotiation skills and may be given the chance to advance a recruitment career based on performance and company requirements. A stipend/salary will be provided based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply fair recruitment practices as per Singapore laws and generate new leads of potential IT clients.
  • Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential leads and establish meaningful connections.
  • Drive sales activities in the IT business, contact potential clients, build excellent rapport, and arrange meetings.
  • Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements:

  • Current Diploma/University undergrads or entry level candidates are welcome
  • Possess a business mindset with a keen interest in the recruitment industry.
  • Talkative personality and comfortable communicating over the phone.
  • Proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
