Internship Programme – HR Business Partner Intern
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic intern to join our Regional Human Resources Business Partner team on an exciting 4-6 months Internship Program from August 2019 onwards. If you aspire to develop your career in Human Resources, we welcome you to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- The intern will be based in Singapore, reporting to the Human Resource Regional Leader
- You will have the opportunity to work alongside with the Regional Human Resources Business Partners and work on Human Resource strategies that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation.
- You will be responsible to support day-to-day HR related projects in relations to Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits and Trends and Metrics within Human Resource.
- You will be trained to exercise strong independence to fulfil timelines during your term of internship and given an opportunity to experience working with Senior Human Resource leaders.
The successful candidate will have:
- Completing or completed their degree in a reputable university.
- Hungry to learn attitude, can-do attitude
- Resourceful and agile thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Committed and have strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel Application is an added advantage (eg. PivotTable, vLookup, charts, graphs, etc.)
Working Hours: 8.00am – 4.40pm
Location: 19 Gul Lane Singapore 629414 (Island wide Transport is provided)
Allowance: $800 - $1000 per month (Depending if candidate is an undergrad)
