Tessaract Technologies Pte Ltd – Data Engineering Intern

Tessaract.io is an all-in-one practice management software for professionals built on a cloud-native architecture. Tessaract.io gives control and creates efficiency, keeping track of workflows, schedules and billings of cases from initial execution to eventual completion. It includes the full suite of features for client and case management, including automated task creation and document generation.

Responsibilities 

• Read, interpret, transform and process data received into required formats accurately and ethically (e.g. delete and correct corrupt or inaccurate records from a record set, table or database)
• Some data entry may be necessary (e.g. if documents are received in hard copy)
• Check and verify processed data upon completion before handover
• General administrative procedures
• Reviewing large spreadsheets of data in search of errors, duplicates, missing information etc. and processing them
• May be required to perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills and pre-requisites

• Experience with data cleaning
• Strong data manipulation skills and experience in managing a database
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must enjoy working with data, especially numeric data
