Job Description

We are looking for great individuals who want to be part of a fast growing technology company. As a Client Success & Marketing intern, you will provide a helping hand to our customers as they go about the adoption of our platform. We’re on the lookout for the ability to exchange ideas, thrive in a startup environment, and of course, a desire to do great things as a team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep knowledge of tessaract.io

  • Contribute to client success and engagement by responding to customer queries, and helping them with specific features- online or by phone, and identify customer needs. 

  • Liaise with team members to find the best solutions to reported faults and customers’ questions

  • Maintain a helpful and professional manner at all times, keeping composure.

  • Draft up, format, and review digital posts/articles on new products or events that the company is involved in

  • Draft and proofread helpdesk articles.

  • Support the Client Success team with client engagement activities

  • Work together with the team to draft content or execute marketing strategies; this includes coordinating schedules or interviews with collaborators 

Skills and pre-requisites

  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken, with good communication skills

  • Confidence in speaking in-front of upper management / senior members of an organisation, including but not limited to, judges, managing partners, and general counsels;

  • A firm understanding of requirements surrounding different social media platforms, including but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs

  • A degree/ diploma (or one in progress) in a relevant field would be a plus

  • And eager to learn!
