TeleChoice International Limited – Finance Intern (Telecommunications Industry)

Selected interns will be attached to the Finance Department and will rotate through different functions on a monthly basis. This rotation offers hands-on experience and exposure to key financial operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of the finance function within a corporate environment.

Key Learning Areas:

Accounts Payable:

Assist in processing invoices, verifying payments, and managing vendor communications.

Accounts Receivable:

Support billing processes, track incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Bookkeeping:

Gain practical experience in recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.

Reconciliation:

Learn how to reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision):

Get hands-on exposure to the company’s ERP system used for managing financial data and operations.

System Implementation and Migration Support with data preparation, validation, testing and execution activities to ensure project milestones are met.
