Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: 
  • Handle customer service hotline across all areas, including answering enquiries, providing information, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems. 
  • Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties. 
  • Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary. 
  • Update call logs and reports to ensure daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are being consistently met. 
  • Keep up with the latest information and product knowledge to ensure accurate information is being provided to customers. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level, A level, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
  • Must be comfortable working in Call Centre Environment. 
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. 
  • Good command in English and at least 1 other language to handle queries from non-English speakers. 
  • Candidate with Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience will be an added advantage. 
  • Able to work rotating shift and shift allowance will be provided. 
  • Training will be provided. 
  • Candidates who are able to commence within short notice or immediately will be preferred.
