- Handle customer service hotline across all areas, including answering enquiries, providing information, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems.
- Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties.
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary.
- Update call logs and reports to ensure daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are being consistently met.
- Keep up with the latest information and product knowledge to ensure accurate information is being provided to customers.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level, A level, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
- Must be comfortable working in Call Centre Environment.
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good command in English and at least 1 other language to handle queries from non-English speakers.
- Candidate with Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience will be an added advantage.
- Able to work rotating shift and shift allowance will be provided.
- Training will be provided.
- Candidates who are able to commence within short notice or immediately will be preferred.
