We are looking for an Intern to join us in our Accounts Department that looks for a great opportunity to work in a LISTED company.
Job Objectives/Job Summary:
He/She has to assist to prepare of payment, accounting data entries, prepared audit/ tax schedules, assist to prepare consolidation accounts/update note to accounts and other accounts and finance related tasks as being assigned.
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Prepare of cheques for payment
• Prepare of audit / tax schedules
• Accounting data entries (Accounts receivables, Accounts Payables and General Ledger)
• Assist to prepare of consolidation accounts (Update consolidation worksheets, note to accounts and others)
• Other accounts and finance related tasks as being assigned.
Job Specifications/Requirements:
• Undergraduate in Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent professional accountancy qualifications
• Opportunity for hands-on finance functions and processes
• Must possess positive attitude, “To Do” or “Can Do” mindset and willing to work as a team in helping each other
• Must possess excellent working and communication skills to interact effectively with business associates (suppliers, subcontractors, bankers etc)
• Good interpersonal skills to engage with all levels in the Group
• Willingness to work flexible schedule during peak period and able to meet tight timeline
