Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Learning Outcomes
- Assist in the planning and executing of assigned events, including overall event design, brand building, marketing and communication strategy, audio-visual production, logistics, budgeting, negotiation, and client service;
- Assist in the coordinating and executing of logistical elements of events including venue relations, negotiations, AV, catering, travel arrangements as required;
- Assist in the drafting of admin programme/brief, scheduling of event rehearsals and coordinating AARs (After Action Reviews);
- Assist in the planning, tracking and controlling of event finances;
