Telemarketer cum Receptionist (Part-time)
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Telemarketing roles to support Sales Functions and general receptionist duties.
- To promote and conduct telemarketing sales over phone to new and existing customers.
- Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate person-in-charge. Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.
- Good in convincing and arrangement appointment.
- Checking email, reply enquiry emails, redirect to the relevant person in-charge.
- To execute day-to-day functions effectively and efficiently.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
