Company Profile
Teckwah runs packaging printing manufacturing and logistics operations in Singapore and regional office. We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to support our Learning & Development initiatives. The intern will be responsible for transforming our On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints into engaging video-based training content, with guidance and support from the L&D team.
Job Description
- Study existing On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints to understand the training content and objectives
- Collaborate with HR and department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the content is accurate.
- Draft scripts and storyboards for the videos.
- Record and produce short videos, ensuring visual and audio clarity.
- Create subtitles in English and Mandarin.
- Keep training videos organised digitally
- Support other HR projects
