TechM Solution Pte. Ltd. – Internship – Marketing – Growth App Experience

The Role: 

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated intern to join our Mobile App team. Intern will be part of the marketing team and assign for in-app optimization leading to in-app conversions. Intern will assign with tasks to execute in-app marketing strategies and in-app usage and increase app users in teams and with the guidance of professionals.

The Tasks:

• Understand our products and support Mobile Trading App Team.
• Study and able to see from the consumer point of view, to optimize our app platform for trading activities.
• Support with our app developers, our designers and report to App Manager closely to make improvements on the app for better conversions.
• Focus on the organic growth of the app, for example in-app user stickiness, user journey, trading experience through optimizing UI/UX of the App.
• Drive the growth of In-app DAU and ROI goals by improving the App user experience and interface.
• Optimize in-app activities such as push-notifications, pop-ups, starting pages, in-app pages, tabs, in-app user experience, app user stickiness, app usage, app third party integration.
• Optimize in-app consumer life cycle, every touch point of the in-app user journey will be your responsibility.

Requirements:

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree, completed or higher in Marketing/Product and/or Marketing design experience.
• Bonus if you have knowledge in fintech related experience.
• Passion for trading and a drive to continuously improve and innovate.
• Highly motivated, takes initiative, and results-oriented team player.
