TechFin Global – Business Development Intern

TechFin Global believes empowerment begins with knowledge. We run professional education programmes, events and consultancy in AI, Web3, FinTech, and entrepreneurship. Our learners include working professionals, founders, corporates, and government teams across Singapore.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support partnerships, outreach, and programme growth.

What You'll Do

• Support outreach efforts to professionals, corporates, institutions, and partners, including researching growth opportunities
• Engage with enquiries, support conversion and follow-ups.
• Innovate and execute growth experiments through emailers, content, events, and communities to drive awareness and interest.
• Support the marketing team on campaign execution and creation of outreach materials.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, customer interactions, and experiment outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with professionals.
• Interest in business growth, partnerships, and lead gen.
• Creative thinker who can move from idea to execution.
• Organised and able to manage follow-ups, track activities, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Interest in AI, FinTech, Web3, & Entrepreneurship.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to outreach, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
• Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, or lead management.
• Experience with growth marketing, content creation, or community building.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Experience taking any project or campaign from idea to execution.

Internship Period:

• Sep 2026 - Nov 2026
• Nov 2026 - Jan 2027 (Winter)
• Jan 2027 - May 2027
• Minimum 3-month commitment
