We are a boutique M&A, Corporate Finance and Capital Advisory firm focusing on Small and Medium size Enterprises (SMEs). We advise local SMEs across a wide range of industries on divestments, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and capital raising.
In your role, you will be involved in all stages of a transaction (pitching, preparation of information deck, pricing analysis, negotiation, preparation of dataroom for due diligence, legal documentation etc). You will actively work with business owners, corporate Investors, private equity funds, financial advisory firms and lawyers.
Key responsibilities
· Preparation of pitch books, information memorandums and presentation materials
· Conduct investors search and contact buyers
· Build financial models/pricing analysis and collate trading/transaction comparables
· Prepare dataroom and facilitate due diligence
· Support business development and marketing initiatives
Experience
- Entry level for Associate position (those with previous M&A internship experience)
- Those without corporate finance/M&A experience must be prepared to start as Interns (internship period of 6 months before conversion to Associates)
