Te-cAxA Capital Advisory – Mergers & Acquisitions – Corporate Finance

In your role, you will be involved in the preparation of Information Memorandum, Pricing Analysis/Valuation and the management of Data Room/Due Diligence. You are expected to work closely with business owners, corporate Investors, private equity funds, financial advisory firms and lawyers.

Experience

• Entry level for Associate position (those with previous M&A internship experience).Those without corporate finance/M&A experience must be prepared to start as Interns (internship period of 6 months before conversion to Associates)
• Undergraduate seeking internship should be familiar with DCF
