TCK Express (S) Pte Ltd – Logistic Officer

Established in 2006, TCK EXPRESS (S) PTE LTD started with sub-contracting jobs from the major courier companies. Having the experiences, TCK EXPRESS started diversifying into servicing direct retail businesses in Singapore. We believed in maintaining and always improving our standard of service to all our partners, TCK and Team have grown rapidly over the past years.

Today, TCK EXPRESS (S) PTE LTD has a fleet of 30 vans covering island-wide deliveries including other deliveries company out of the delivery area zone. We are also providing International courier services, SEA / AIR Freight services, Import / Export Permit Declaration, Project And Event distribution services.

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor in administrative duties pertaining to logistic matters
• Manage warehouse operation and management reports
• Perform usual and temperate checks on all incoming shipment
• Ensure that goods are received in accordance to company SOP and special request
• Prepare delivery documents or notes on customer orders
• Assist warehouse department on picking and packing duties when needed
• Any other duties as required by the Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer literacy in Microsoft word and excel
• Candidate must have experience in a warehouse or logistic operations
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training is provided
• Proficient in MS office and data entry
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
• Active team player to complete team goals
